When I go to administer my blocks they are active one poll and one faq.
But they doesn't appear in my portal why neither the left right position of my blocks
WHY?

Please help.

And something else I can write greek characters and read correctly them by my portal.
But in mysql database the characters are strange ?? etc.
Why this happen?
How Can I resolve it?

Uh... you probably are doing something wrong. Are the blocks set for your language? or all languages? If you set it to a different language then you're using, it doesn't show.

What's there to resolve? I bet on it your users don't read the SQL database but using the site where it shows correctly.

The issue is that greek isn't really a latin language. And the mysql is probably installed and using latin tables. This means greek characters aren't stored as they're being filled in. When the database is read out to put it on your screen, it'll be correct.

The only issue you're gonna have is when you want to go multilingual. If you're not gonna go multilingual, then don't worry about it
