    Permissions are set as required in the installation doc - fresh install - did not import the pheonix into the DB - any help would be appreciated

    It seem that you have some corrupt or missing file.

    I have the same problem, i download the new release from the link givenon the website. What can i do??

    The Admin module's pnversion.php only includes a reference to DataUtil in .8, you should be installing .763 for use on production websites.
