I've been at this for over a week, been all over and can't fathom why others aren't having this problem. Some info & facts:
1) Using PN 0.7.6.4
2) Xanthia version 2.1
3) Postwrap 2.5
4) pnRender 1.0
As you can see, I'm veryu up to date, and perhaps that's my problem (I've no previous versions to compare with - new contract).
aquaria, an XHTML based theme blessed by PNuke, runs great except for rendering a completely blank center block (where the postwrapped stuff should be). Apparently Postwrap needs some tables to anchor onto, or somethign like that. I haven't ruled out pnRender, but only because I haven't dug into that module.
PiterPanV2, an HTML based theme blessed by PNuke as a core theme, works great with PostWrapped content.
Any work around for this problem? Actually, since I've found virtually NO evidence that anybody has a problem like this, does anybody have this problem? (I can hear my empty echo already) -

Did you tried to assign other a modified template to the PostWrap module?
i mean, create a template with some tricks extracted if the PiterPanV2 layout, that let your postwrap module to work correctly, and insert this template in your theme, and assign it to PostWrap in Xanthia Admin Panel.
Did you tried it?

Did ANYTHING come through? I see just a BLANK textarea for my reply. So, as painful as it is for everybody, I'm going to split up post #2 into however many replies it takes to get ALL the information visible...
Yes I did. Keep in mind that this works the same on any browser. I took the (tabled) home.htm working elements of PiterPanV2/modules/home.htm and replaced the non-working (XHTML)elements in aquarius/modules/home.htm with them. Here are the before & after areas:

Then I noticed that the aquarius theme doesn't even have home.htm configured as a module template (URL:http://localhost/pnuke/index.php?module=Xanthia&type=admin&func=editTemplates&skin=aquaria). Matter of fact, it has absolutely NO template modules defined at all. Is that a default thing? Who knows - the Xanthia documentation doesn't describe what's connected with other things, what depends on something else and what's defaulted. It's all a jumlble of old & new forum postings, as if you can clearly find the answer to your probblem. Anyways, after the add, NOTHING's ADDED! It's as if I didn't do the add at all (WTF??).
This is VERY different from the working PiterPanV2 theme, that happens to have lots of templates defined.
I noticed that the page rendering for PiterPanV2 places the PostWrap'd content where I'm expecting, while the aquarius one has me stymied as to what the hell center block 'thingy' it's calling. -

I was expecting to see a "" from ccblock.htm, so I've no idea what I need to do to get the postwrap'd stuff visible with these kinds of templates. What I can tell you, is the page isn't being rendered correctly, but shows ZERO errors.
I've spent WAY, WAY too much time on something I had chosen to be a easy presentation cobbler that is a nightmare. Any ideas? -

I read this:
Sorry, your browser does not understand iframes.
It's no error message from PostNuke or PHP
but it likes a browser error,
because PostWrap uses an IFRAME to include the external content.
Mmmmm...
An URL to see what's happening to your site?

No URL, it's way too early in development. Whether you're running traditional PiterPanV2 or aquaria, you'll see that IFRAME message in the page source it-s just a standard PostWrap thing. The difference is that one theme clearly shows the PostWrap'd output and the other does not. The biggest difference (besides how the theme module templates are configured) is I get nowhere with ANY XHTML Xanthia theme - blog or full (what's the difference here anyways???). I'm sure somebody else has seen this problem, unless it's working magically for everybody else (My brand new clean install is less than 2 weeks old - I'm talking EVERYUTHING). So, what do I need, a down revsion onRender, an older Xanthia, what? I don't know. Ideas? -

Do you have the footer message included in the page?
PostWrap requires the footer portion of the site.

I've NO idea why my last reply doesn't show up, but I'll try again...
There's no connection between PostWrap and the subsequent footer. That's all pnRender and whatever footer crap you've configured.
Once again, keep in mind the wrapped rendering works fine in NON-XHTML Xanthia themes. I can pick any one and they'll work. Switch to ANY XHTML Xanthia theme and POOF - no more wrapped output - just a big blank center.
This whole problem seems like a fundamental fix or tweak is needed. What is it - some weird config switch? Downgrade a module (which one - postwrap, pnRender, Xanthia)??? What;s the magic guys?????
