I will take care for creating and spreading fresh (and secure!) packages immediately after the 0.8 release. However, just in case someone else wanna jump in (or I hit an airplane before), here are the most important links about howto create packages for the most common control panels:

Cpanel Addons (0.764 at the moment)
    http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cpaddons/
    Fantastico (0.764 at the moment)
    http://netenberg.com/fantastico.php
Plesk Application Vault (0.761a at the moment)
    http://download1.swsoft.c...ix-app-vault-guide.pdf

Please add more control panel info if you know about it.

    Greetings,
    Chris

    Chris,

What are you thinking? Full install with complete add-ins or a CMS portal custom package?

I will try to see what can be done, it depends also quite a lot on the flexibility and co-operation from the control panel mantainers. The best result would probably be to integrate their scripts somehow with Guite's EasyDist http://modulestudio.de/index.php?module=EasyDist - let's see what we can do.

Any other control panels you use and wanna see included in the activity?

    Greetings,
    Chris

There is also an upcoming standard for web applications and their installers being pushed by SWSoft and other big companies - APS. Coding standards here http://www.apsstandard.com/spec/

    hi slam,

    congrats on the idea.

one more suggestion i would like to give is about domain search and registration.

We can take a Registrar's API and develop it as a module
    http://www.resellerclub.com/features/api/

    additionally
    Email Checking Module
my idea is users get a email box created in CPanel and they could be able to access their email from their "My Account".

    regards
    srinivas
