I am looking for a professional individual with a background in Graphics Art. I need a theme that is above and beyond what I can do, so it has to be of a very high quality. Please send Examples of work, and Cost. This is for a site dedicated to Quilting

Requirements
-White background based
-Expandable to screen size with maximum resolution of any background above that of the 30" displays
-Totally CSS (or XSLT) based.
-Wellformed
-IE5 compatable and Foxpro Compatable - IE5 and backwards compatible can be limited, or deteriorated yet usable. Newer browsers are our focus, so a lower browser version should be usable but may look poor.
-No Flash required plugins (JavaScript ok)
-No Cheesy Animation, Music, etc.
-Limited to PostNuke .8 system (no need for Module custom templates, this maybe additional projects)
-Development of Logo (Name of Site yet to be determined) - Please include separate price.
-Exclusive Development (no reselling or sharing with community). This template will be unique
-No personal work advertisements. Your credit information can be included in the Help, about us, or a similar page. If you require this please include in the information you send me.
-Well formed (XHTML or XML compatible)
-Xanthia compatable.
-May be based on a current template, This original template should be shared, and the site should look distinct enough to be Unique.
-Easily Read.
