Upon registration the user hae to confirm these two documents.
1) How do I edit the text of these ? (I use danish language pack)
2) is it possible to let the user registrate without having to confirm reading the documents ?
I use 0.763

You cannot disable it easily, to my knowledge. If you have registration, you should have a contract, in my opinion.

In the 0.764 i remember that in the Users Admin Panel you can enable/disable the Terms of Use agreement in registration... or is 0.8?
did you check the form of "Registry settings"?
