Add rel="nofollow" to Related Items block output?

How can add rel="nofollow" to links in the Related Items block? And is there a way to set it up so that I can choose which links get rel="nofollow" and which don't?
EDIT - hahahah - after posting this question I see the 'nofollow' is autolinked to a Mark West module that does just what I want.
