I now can browse noc.postnuke.com. But no luck with SVN:

You used an outdated SVN path.
For 0.764+bugfixes go:
https://svn.postnuke.com/...fixonly/PostNuke7/html
and for 0.8+bugfixes go:
https://svn.postnuke.com/...e/bugfixonly/PostNuke8
The most recent development trunk is already 0.9 code base and not recommended for anyone else than developers at the moment.
