On my site I have the following in the browser title.
Site Name :: Site Slogan :: (News)
or
Site Name :: Site Slogan :: (htmlpages)
I would like to get rid of the module name on the end at least and change the :: seperator.

Well,
you can change the '::' sepparator using the title plugin in this way:

but to remove the module title there is no option,
each module assign it in its templates, you should override them...
also, you can remove the slogan or the sitename using:
