Hi,
I managed to restrict access to certain download categories for unregistered users. But is it also possible to restrict access to certain download categories by single users?
e.g.
Users A,B and C
Download categories A, B, and C
If user A logs in, he should only have access to category A. So to say his personal category.
And user B and C should only have access to category B and C respectively.
Any ideas?

You can, there are links on the permissions page for single user permissions.
However it's not recommended that you use those since individual user permissions are removed for 0.8 and you'll have issues with it after upgrading. Instead you should create a group for each user you want to give individual permissions to and just add the one user to each of those groups.

Good point also mentioning "individual user permissions are removed for 0.8".
Yes, I was planing to upgrade to 0.8, and I also thought of creating a group for each user as recommended by Topiatic. That is probably the way to go.
