I'm certainly a novice, but I can't seem to figure this one out. The theme installed and activated fine. When I tinker with the templates and upload them, I refresh the page and voila!! But when I edit the style.css document and upload it...nothing. None of the changes in the style sheet appear. The "check for updated version of templates" and the "force templates recompilation" options are both checked... icon_confused icon_confused icon_confused

    Help!

1 - Do you have a style.php file in the style directory? It is used to create the dynamic CSS from theme vars such as colour scheme, column widths etc. But I have seen some themes that add other params that should only be in style.css.

2 - Are you using F5 to refresh the page? Much CSS (especially bg images) are cached by browsers and not reloaded by a regular refresh, but using the F5 key on your keyboard forces a complete refresh.

Firebug is the best thing since sliced bread... except for canned beer.. that is still better. Really, I cannot imagine troubleshooting CSS wi thout it..

I have started tinkering with document level Pear install script for PN as well as a firePHP plugin for Firebug for firefox for PN in the form of a plugin... but if you are capable you can just do it manually and hope to release it soon as a alpha/beta. But it can go either way at this point.

    Glad you worked it out.
