Themes doesn't have modules!
or are you meaning: overriding module templates from the Theme?
specifically, which steps are you trying to do?

I download a few modules like Mediashare, Pagesetter, photoshare, easychat and uploading them to my public HTML where i installed post nuke

Rule of thumb, modules go into module directory not the webroot. Other requirements do apply to the ones you mentioned, as lars states, read the documentation which comes with almost every module.
